Aubtec Kitchens is a company founded and wholly owned by a previously disadvantaged young black male. The Company is registered with the Department of Trade and Industry with the trading name Aubtec Kitchens (Pty) Ltd. It manufactures top quality, unique and most exclusive wood furniture for home and office use. However, the business is currently focusing on custom build wall and kitchen units.
Our products are manufactured from handpicked wood chosen by the customer, build to the specific needs of the client. We pride ourselves in producing great products of high quality through our tailor made manufacturing process of ensuring great attention to detail and quality assurance. Our products and services are a one kind. The objective of Aubtec Kitchens is to offer high quality products to customers but at an affordable price.
Manufacturing is one of the fastest growing sectors and contributes positively to the South African economy, hence we aim to contribute to and assist in the growth of our economy.
Usually economic empowerment has been centralised to benefit only a select few of those who are at an advantage of being helped and neglecting to recognize those who are underprivileged at grassroots levels. Thus the perception: “BEE is making the rich richer and the poor poorer”, with this in mind we aim at to also contribute to the development of the youth through creating employment and training and thus empowering youth with the rare skill of carpentry.

At Aubtec we manufacture wooden furniture as well as built in furniture to the specification of the customer. We also offer third party services such as woodcutting for customers who require such services.
Aubrey Koma
Director
Aubrey Koma currently a director in the company, founded Aubtec after his long life passion for woodworks and carpentry with more than Seven years of experience working as a carpenter within the furniture manufacturing industry. He is the designer and developer of various furniture designs, the experience for which he acquired after working for various furniture manufacturing companies. He is a selfless and motivated business man with a good eye for detail.
